* We track your FLIGHT NUMBER, so you won't have to wait at the airport.

* Our airport representative will be there punctually waiting for you and holding a sign with your name on it.

* Our service is Door to Door and brings you directly to the main lobby of your hotel in Cancun, Riviera Maya or ferry terminal if going to Isla Mujeres, Holbox or Cozumel

* The payment is in "Cash Only" to the cab driver when boarding the vehicle
For safety reasons our drivers do not handle cash.
If you prefer not to tip the driver, please bring the exact amount mentioned on your reservation ticket when your payment is in cash. The bill we do not accept are 100 USD and stained, broken or incomplete.

* The price is per vehicle. All rates include taxes. No Hidden Charges.

* All our drivers are fully certified.

* There is never a waiting charge for late incoming flights. Delayed flights subject to availability.

* The prices displayed do not include the highway toll fee, Ferry tickets, parking and food consumption inside the vehicle.

* It is the passenger's responsibility to verify that he has not left any forgotten object, we are not responsible for forgotten objects inside the vehicle.
